You will:
create purchase orders and make sure they are compliant with the PMI Procurement Policy
monitor ordering processes placed through eRequisition system or SAP
monitor products/services availability, quantities, quality and delivery time
check that agreed items and price lists are updated
handle customer claims in cooperation with various stakeholders
create and maintain vendor master records, ensuring they are compliant with the PMI Procurement Policy
maintain KPIs for vendor master records and purchase orders
identify and implement process improvements

You have:
· University degree in Business Administration or Economics
· minimum 1 year of experience in transactional Purchasing with exposure to a multinational environment, preferably within a FMCG company
· background in Supply Chain/Procurement would be an asset
· excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish
· excellent oral and written communication skills in English
· knowledge of Portuguese will be a strong asset
· knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly in using Excel
· knowledge of SAP would be an asset
