Within LaserJet Enterprise Services (LES) we have an excellent opportunity for an Account Delivery Manager (ADM) to hold responsible for delivery of all in-scope contracted Managed Services, ensuring that performance goals and cost commitments are met for a portfolio of Managed Services accounts ranging from $3 to $4 million in total annual revenue.


With 10+ years of industry experience and 6+ years MPS Delivery to Enterprise clients as Delivery Manager you will be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of print outsourcing services and solutions and the management of account performance against revenue and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and satisfy the contractual requirements and customer expectations for single or multiple accounts.
  • Deliver to account-specific Print Policies with customers and others who provide services to accounts.
  • Develop and manage strong customer relationship.
  • Manage day-to-day service delivery to the account, including, but not limited to managing onsite resident engineers, processing change requests, toner reconciliations and service escalations.
  • Request POs as required for account hardware and services, and review invoices charged to those POs as received.
  • Manage revenue and costs through management of non-reporting devices, oversight of monthly invoices, management of supplies and supply delivery, and scrutiny of expenses, including breakfix charges.
  • Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews with customers. Work with sales and pursuit team to identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell into accounts.
  • Lead contract renewal for the managed accounts

The Account Delivery Manager’s ability to operate professionally is important to quickly establish credibility with customer and HP. Applies learned subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives, while exercising independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. As such, the ADM should be aware of business issues as they arise in accounts, and seek advice on their resolution, and grow in ability to recognize how issues affect their accounts. Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically a Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience of 8-10 years. or Master’s degree and 6-8 years’ experience.
  • Related experience in a support position in a service or end-user support environment.
  • Managed or outsourcing service business knowledge and experience essential.
  • PMP, Lean Sigma or ITIL / ITSM certification desired.
