Community Operations Specialist (Portuguese), San Francisco, USA

Responsibilities
– Passionate advocate for our Brazilian users; ensure they receive timely, localized help
– Moderate the platform; improve our tools, scale and enforce a complex set of Community Standards & help develop a Secret “voice”
– Build systems and processes from the ground up
– Develop creative tactics to grow a healthy and vibrant Secret community in Brazil
– Troubleshoot multiple issues at once to find quick resolutions and escalate when necessary; turn upset users into evangelists

Requirements
– Enthusiasm for connecting people and creating support experiences that “wow”
– Able to work smart in a high pressure environment with minimal oversight
– You use and love Secret
– Active Facebook, Twitter and local social media user
– Strong track record of solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
– Outstanding academic record; university degree or equivalent
– Written and verbal fluency in English and Portuguese (language and culture) is required
– Previous community moderation experience is a plus
