Our client is currently looking to recruit various Portuguese speaking Administrators.

Job Description:

    Processing and analysis of data
    Timely and satisfactory resolution of inquiries
    Analysis of data, ensuring adherence to the company’s policies procedure
    Displaying sound knowledge of Clients’ processes and Global Expense Policy
    Authority approval check of expenses and advances
    Check all receipts and compliance to policy
    Process expenses and expense advances
    Deal with telephone calls, e-mail queries promptly.
    Collection and maintenance of backup documentation for all transactions

Requirements:

    Advanced command in Portuguese (C1/C2)
    Good level of English (B1/B2)
    Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered a plus.
    Excellent organization and communication skills
    Client oriented attitude
