Description

We are looking for a PORTUGUESE native speaker with High level of English to conduct

Customer Service for a big brand.

Your role:

Answering inquiries from consumers

As well as handling incoming calls, emails and whitemails

Logging and follow up of Customer Information

Delivering high caliber Customer Service

Requirements

You should be:

·PORTUGUESE native speaker, another language would be a plus.

.High or Intermediate level of English

·High level of written Grammar (both Portuguese & English)

·Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner

·Good keyboard data entry skills and computer literacy

·Team Player

·Previous Experience in a similar position is a plus
