Senior System Engineer for Backend Systems, Copenhagen, Denmark

Main Responsibilities:

_Working on the server-side design and code for our platforms, systems, and web applications, as

well as internal systems to manage our services;

_Focus on productivity and delivering results, while ensuring customer satisfaction, performance,

and reliability of our platform;

Hard Skills:

_Expert: Phyton;

_ Advanced: Erlang, OCaml or other functional programming languages, knowledge of Unix/Linux,

designing and building robust high-volume production web applications, Strong competencies in

data structures, algorithms, and software design;

_ Intermediate: Intermediate: C/C++ and/or Java or other low-level programming language, relational databases; NoSQL data stores, Amazon Infrastructure services;

Soft Skills:

_ Required: BS or MS in Computer Science (or related field), Self starter and quick learner, with a

demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment with global competition;

_ Excellent communications skills in English;

_ Not required: PhD in Computer Science (or related field);
