We are currently looking for a student for a traineeship in Customer Claims /Commercial Department, who will be responsible for handling complaints, information, requests and feedback from Consumers and retailers by phone and e-mail.

We offer 9 months fixed term traineeship contract in agreement with the University or Business School

Potential start date: 1st of December 2014

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays from 9.00 to 17.30 with 1 hour lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00

Salary: 500€-550€ gross per month

Main tasks include:

• Attend and identify customer requests received by phone,

• Managing orders of spare-parts,

• Identify process improvements to facilitate access to information,

• Guarantee the quality of information recorded and transmitted to the customer.

Requirements:

•Previous experience in customer service or consumer claims handling would be an asset

•IT literate: good knowledge of MsOffice and Excel

•Negotiation and problem solving skills

•Excellent communication skills

•Fluent Portuguese and English

Candidates who would like to be considered need to be enrolled at University or Business Scholl, so that we could sign a traineeship agreement.
