We are currently looking for a Partner Support Advisor:

Main Tasks

•On boarding of qualified (with business plan signed off by stakeholders) prospective Enterprise partners for all products, and partner types.
•Provide support to Apps SMB applicants around questions related to the application process or the Apps reseller program. Technical enquiries like those related to the verification of the domain will continue to be routed to the Technical Support team
•Provide support to Cloud partner applicants around questions related to the application process or the Cloud partner program
•Offboarding (all partners, all products)
•Evaluations (all partners, all products)
•Partner program and other related queries as outlined in section above.

Requirements
-Portuguese native speaker
-Fluent English

-Team player
-Willingness to learn and apply new technologies
-Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired
-Ability to operate in high pressure situations
-Good technical skills and knowledge preferable
-Excellent communication skill
