World leader in the engineering and fabrication of pressure vessels for the oil, gas, chemical and petrochemical industries is looking for a Portuguese Production Engineer for their division in Willebroek, Belgium.

The successful candidate will oversee production requirements to meet customer specifications, with emphasis on safety, quality, cost control, delivery and employee development.
-An engineering degree related to industrialization of manufacturing processes.
-Experience with metal welding processes such as large pressure vessels or
-Very good in English, willingness to learn Dutch
-A mature and open-minded person.
-Excellent Leadership & People skills
– Improve existing manufacturing processes to increase safety, quality, productivity, product flow and reliability
-Like to work and Lead a team of Portuguese welders.
– Lead, coordinate and motivate the welding hourly workforce to achieve company goals and exceed company quota for production and quality initiatives.
-Flexible and willing to assist all shifts
– profound knowledge of Welding, more precise large pieces
-Coordinate and cooperate with different teams and departments
-Observing and monitoring manufacturing process trials and machine adjustments
-Realizing equipment and process improvements
-Organizing and coordinating preparation activities for the manufacturing processes
-Planning, leading, organizing and controlling daily functions
